The Bi-State Recruitment & Retention Conference is geared for HR professionals and leaders involved in recruitment and workforce development with community health centers, community mental health centers, hospitals, hospital-associated practices and SUD treatment centers throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.

Attorney Beth Rattigan will co-lead a discussion regarding HR laws and regulations that impact recruitment and retention. This live and interactive presentation will review the most significant developments of the past year for HR professionals and employers in the healthcare field, analyzing developments in the law and how employers have responded to another eventful year in the area of employment law. In addition, presenters will look ahead to the next twelve months to preview expected changes, including how the new administration might impact issues such as minimum salary levels for exempt employees, the role of medical marijuana in the workforce, and the ongoing evolution of restrictive covenants.
