Trimarco, Fabish Join Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC

(Burlington, VT) Attorneys Heidi Trimarco and Alician Fabish have recently joined the northern New England law firm of Downs Rachlin Martin. Trimarco joined the Regulated Entities Group in environmental, land use and energy law and will practice of counsel in the firm’s Lebanon, N. H. office. Fabish returns to DRM’s Brattleboro Vermont office, practicing of counsel in the Labor & Employment Law Group

“As the economy recovers in New England and across the country, Heidi and Alician will contribute their exceptional talents in areas where DRM must grow to meet our clients’ needs,” explained Managing Partner Paul H. Ode, Jr. “We continue to experience a steady demand for these services.”

Trimarco joins DRM after returning to New Hampshire from Ohio, where her practice at the Cincinnati law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP included litigation, regulatory compliance, and negotiated agreements.  Trimarco is a guest lecturer in Environmental Law in the Environmental Studies Program at Dartmouth College and has also served as an adjunct assistant professor in environmental law at Miami University in Oxford, where she taught undergraduate and graduate students and advised and mentored pre-law students.

Fabish returns to DRM after practicing labor and employment law with the firm of Berchem, Moses & Devlin, P.C. in Milford, Conn. She represented private and public employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and before state and federal administrative agencies. As an associate with DRM from 2009-2011, Fabish represented employers in employment matters including labor relations, arbitration and general employment law, and managed related issues ranging from drug testing to implied contracts and common law employment issues.
