The trademark mainstay, assuring quality portfolio maintenance.

For nearly a decade, Jennifer Parent has worked exclusively in the Intellectual Property group, assisting clients, both domestic and foreign, with trademark maintenance and prosecution. From docketing trademark deadlines to preparing filings with the Trademark Electronic Filing System and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals, Jenn successfully manages trademark portfolios both within the U.S. and abroad. The source for trademark statuses, Jenn reports to clients in connection with all aspects of prosecution and maintenance of trademark portfolios. 

Experience
  • Assisted with the management of document preparation and the recording of a change of ownership of a worldwide trademark portfolio, which included legalization of document signatures in both the U.S. and Japan.
  • Led the transfer of responsibility to DRM of a large trademark portfolio, which included the review of files and entering of data into tracking database for several hundred trademark files worldwide.
  • In collaboration with IT staff, assisted in training one of DRM’s largest trademark clients in connection with our trademark database portal.
