With a thirst for adventure and a mindset of excellence, Shannon Lenzini brings a versatile skill set to her work as a business law attorney. Shannon regularly advises clients in a variety of corporate matters, including the formation of LLCs, mergers and acquisitions, and asset, stock and venture capital-based transactions.
Before earning her law degree, Shannon spent six years working at an international boarding school in Salzburg, Austria, where she taught math and English, administered the athletic and residence life programs, skied the Alps and traveled to 14 European capitals. While in law school, she interned in the Vermont Attorney General’s office, where she focused on civil rights law, particularly employment discrimination. Additionally, Shannon was twice a summer associate for DRM, where she gained invaluable insights across all practice areas.
